Done-for-You Social Media for Therapists
We write and design your social media posts on a schedule you set, built from your own words, your brand colors and the limits you choose. You review everything first, then post the finished images. You never open a design tool or start from a blank page.

The honest part
You know you should be posting, but a full week and a blank page get in the way.
How it works
We write and design your posts from the things you already say to clients, in your colors, checked against your rules. Each month arrives as a planned set.
Your part
You read it, approve it and post it. Nothing goes out without your yes.
You know you should be posting. Something always stops you
Most therapists we talk to have tried. They wrote three posts in a burst, felt strange about the fourth, and quietly stopped. These are the reasons we hear, and none of them are unreasonable.
“It’ll sound like AI.”
Generic, over-eager and a little hollow. You can spot it, and so can your clients.
We never start from a blank page. We start from sentences you already say.
“It’ll say something I don’t believe.”
Your name is on it. A neat little take you’d never say out loud is worse than silence.
Everything is written from your stated approach, and you read it before anyone else does.
“It’ll look unprofessional.”
Clip-art gradients and a stock photo of someone staring out of a window.
Designer-made layouts, rebuilt in your exact colors, your logo and your fonts.
“It could cross an ethical line.”
Diagnosing from a checklist. Promising an outcome. A hook that shames someone into a swipe.
Those aren’t style choices here. They’re rules checked before you ever see a draft.
“I don’t have the time, or the skills.”
You’re a clinician, not a designer or a copywriter, and your evenings are already full.
It’s fully done for you. Your job is to read and say yes.
“And then I’d have to keep it up.”
Consistency is the whole game, and it’s the first thing to go in a busy week.
Once you approve a set, it’s ready on your schedule, whether or not you remember.
Showing up steadily is part of being helpful
Someone deciding whether to start therapy isn’t shopping. They’re working up to something hard, usually over weeks, and usually looking you up more than once. What they see from you in the meantime does a lot of quiet work.
What we don’t promise
Going viral, follower counts or a number of new clients. Anyone selling you those numbers is guessing. What we promise is that the work gets done, consistently, and that it sounds like you.
They meet you before they meet you
By the time someone books a consultation, they’ve usually read your posts. A steady feed lets them arrive already knowing your tone, which takes some of the fear out of the first ten minutes.
The right clients choose themselves
Posts that show how you actually think about grief, boundaries or ADHD do more filtering than a bio ever will. People who connect with it reach out. People who wouldn’t be a good fit usually don’t.
You stay in mind between referrals
Colleagues refer to the therapist they thought of that week. So do past clients when a friend asks for a name. Showing up regularly is how you stay in that sentence.
It builds slowly, and that’s fine
This isn’t a growth hack. It’s a body of work that makes you easier to trust and easier to recommend, a year from now more than next month.
Five steps. You’re needed for two
This is how every post comes to sound like you. You answer once at the start, then read and approve.
Your brief, always on file
Example- Tone
- Warm, plain, a little dry
- Reading level
- 8th grade
- Says
- “client” · person-first
- Never says
- “journey” · “unlock” · “trauma dump”
- Emoji
- No
- Call to action
- “Book a free 15-minute call”
- Crisis line
- 988 · in your words
Stage 1: We ask the question nobody asks
Your partNot “what’s your niche”. We ask what you actually find yourself saying to clients: the reframe you’ve given a hundred times about anxiety, what you say when someone apologizes for crying. A few sentences on each of your main topics, plus your tone, reading level, phrases you’d never use, and whether you use emoji.
Your own sentences become the reference for everything we write
Stage 2: Your answers become a written brief
Our partEverything you tell us goes into one working document: who you serve, how you sound, what you’ll teach versus only mention, topics you avoid, the calls to action you approve, and the crisis resource you want used. Every post is written from it.
You never have to re-explain yourself
Stage 3: Your month is planned as a set
Our partTopic, angle, post type and design are planned for the whole month together, not one post at a time. So the fourth post about anxiety isn’t the first one in different words, and your feed doesn’t settle into one template on repeat.
No topic and angle repeats
Stage 4: We draft with the best AI model available, then check it hard
Our partThe first draft comes from a top AI writing model, given your brief and your rules. That’s the first word, never the last. Every draft is then checked against your rules, and any post that fails one is rewritten before you see it.
The brief asks. The checks insist.
Stage 5: You read it, approve it, and post it
Your partYou get a private link showing every finished post as your followers will see it. Change a word yourself and it stays exactly as you typed it. Want it warmer, shorter or on a different angle? Ask, and it’s rewritten. Once you say yes, you get the finished images to post.
Nothing reaches your feed that you haven’t read and approved
Checked before you see it
- No phrase from your avoid list
- Call to action is one you approved
- Post type allowed by your answers
- Heavy topic includes your crisis line
- No two slides make the same point
- Rendered and measured, nothing cut off
One failure, and the post is rewritten automatically. You only see the version that passes.
And this is what arrives
Every layout was made by a designer, then rebuilt in your colors, fonts and logo. These sketches show the shapes your posts can take. Your words would come from your brief.

You pick the designs you like when we start, and your month rotates through them so your feed never settles into one look. New layouts are added over time.
Nine things working quietly on every post
Each of these runs on every post. This isn’t a list of things we hope to do.
We learn how you talk
Your tone, reading level and favorite phrases, and the words you can’t stand. A banned phrase gets a draft rejected, not just discouraged.
A strong first draft
We write with one of the most capable AI models available, because a better start means less correcting. It’s still only a start.
Your rules, enforced
Your avoid list, approved calls to action, and what you’ll teach versus only mention, all checked after writing, not just asked for before.
Unmistakably yours
Your brand color drives the palette. If it’s too pale to read, we deepen it along its own shade instead of swapping in someone else’s. Your logo or initials sign every post.
Designed, not templated
Layouts made by designers, rebuilt in your brand, with enough variety that your feed keeps moving.
Nothing gets cut off
Every post is rendered as a real image and measured before it reaches you. Text that would spill over the edge is shortened. You never get half a sentence.
You won’t repeat yourself
The plan tracks what has already gone out, so no two posts land on the same topic and angle.
Your photos, if you want them
Upload photos of your office, your space or yourself, and posts use the right one in the right place. Prefer not to appear? We create imagery instead, checked so it never hides the words.
It runs without you
Weekly, twice a week or every other week, in your own time zone. Pause it from any email, any time, no conversation needed.
Written like your license is on the line. Because it is
Marketing advice that works for a gym is wrong here, and sometimes harmful. Your readers are often anxious, grieving or burnt out. These are hard rules, and most are checked after writing, not just requested before.
Never diagnoses, and never implies a diagnosis from a list of traits. If your answers rule out “signs you might have…” posts, that post type is switched off for you entirely.
No cure promises, no healing timelines, no before-and-after framing and no absolutes. “Many people”, “often”, “you might”: the language you’d actually use.
No fear, shame or pressure to drive engagement. Hooks are kind or curious, never “you’re doing this wrong”.
Stays inside your scope. For each approach you name, you tell us whether we may teach its techniques or only mention it. If you don’t say, it’s mention-only. Silence is never read as permission.
Heavy topics carry support. Grief, trauma, abuse, eating disorders and suicide always include a supportive line and your crisis resource. A draft without it is rejected and rewritten.
Educational, never therapy. No self-harm method detail, no graphic trauma or eating-disorder specifics, and nothing presented as a replacement for care.
Finished posts, ready to publish, on a rhythm you set
- Finished images sized for Instagram: carousels and single posts, portrait or square, in one download.
- A private review page to see each post as your followers will, edit any line yourself, or ask for a rewrite.
- Your brand throughout: colors, fonts, logo or initials, and your handle on every post.
- Ready to post wherever you post. The files are yours to publish, or to hand to whoever manages your scheduling.
- An email when a set is ready, with the download and the review link. Pause or restart from any email.
- A brief that keeps improving: every correction you give us is remembered from then on.
Choose your rhythm
- WeeklyOne set, every week
- Twice a weekTwo sets, every week
- Every other weekOne set, twice a month
In your own time zone. Change it or pause it whenever you like.
What this replaces
Writing good posts yourself takes hours every month: writing, second-guessing, designing and checking nothing crosses a line. That’s a client session or two, spent on the thing you’re least trained for and most exposed by. The usual alternative is posting nothing at all.
Social media questions
Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask us on the free call.
Will my social media posts sound like AI?
AI writes the first draft, and we don’t hide that. But it writes from your own sentences, your tone, your reading level and the phrases you’ve told us you’d never use. A draft with a banned phrase is rejected and rewritten, and you approve every post.
What if I don’t like a post?
For a word or a phrase, type it on the review page and it stays exactly as you wrote it. For something bigger, like “this feels too clinical”, ask for a rewrite. Either way, your note goes into your brief so it doesn’t happen again.
Could posting on social media put my license at risk?
We built the rules first: no diagnosis, no promised outcomes, no fear or shame hooks, and crisis resources on heavy topics. We can’t give legal or licensing advice, which is exactly why you approve every post. You’re the last word on anything under your name.
Do I have to do anything?
Two things. Once, at the start: the questionnaire about how you talk about your work. Then, on your schedule: read what we send and say yes, or tell us what to change. Planning, writing, design and checking are ours.
Do you post to my accounts for me?
No, you publish. We deliver finished, ready-to-post images, so we never need access to your accounts and nothing appears under your name unless you put it there. Most practices post them in a couple of minutes, or hand them to whoever does their scheduling.
Do I get captions too?
The writing is on the posts themselves: the hook, the substance and the call to action are all in the images, so each post works without a caption. Captions aren’t part of the standard package. If you’d like them, tell us on the call.
How much does done-for-you social media cost?
It depends on how often you’d like new posts. We agree the rhythm and give you a clear price on the discovery call, before you commit to anything.
Let’s hear how you actually talk about your work
On the call we’ll show you posts built the way yours would be, walk you through the questionnaire, and tell you honestly if we’re not the right fit.
