Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of growmycounseling.com (the “site”), which is run by StellarDevs LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our services are covered by a separate agreement. If you hire us, the proposal or agreement you sign sets out the work, the price and each side’s responsibilities. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

The site explains the website, hosting and marketing services we offer to counselors, therapists and other mental health professionals in private practice, and lets you book a call with us. You must be at least 18 and using the site for your practice or business.

Everything on the site is general information. It isn’t legal, clinical, licensing or financial advice. Check your own licensing board’s rules on advertising and websites, or ask a professional adviser, before relying on it.

• The discovery call is free, and booking one doesn’t commit you to anything.
• Any draft, mockup or plan we show you before you sign an agreement belongs to us until you do. Please don’t publish or reuse it.
• The practices shown on the site, such as “Calm Harbor Counseling”, are examples we made to show our work. They are not real clients.

We work to help your practice get found and booked, but nobody controls Google’s rankings or how many people contact you. We don’t promise any particular ranking, amount of traffic, number of enquiries or income, and nothing on the site should be read as a promise of results.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

When you use the site, book a call or email us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically. You also agree that notices, agreements and other messages we send by email or show on the site count as “in writing”.

You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please don’t:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• copy large parts of the site automatically, for example by scraping, except for normal search engine indexing;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact or book with us.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

The text, design, logo, graphics, videos and code on the site belong to StellarDevs LLC or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, change, sell or republish our content, or use our name and logo, without our written permission.

The site links to services run by other companies, such as Cal.com for booking. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free, complete, up to date or online. To the extent the law allows, we provide the site “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties that it is fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, StellarDevs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses from your use of the site, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, even if we were told they were possible. For anything else related to your use of the site, our total liability is limited to US$100.

These limits cover your use of the website only. Liability for our paid services is set out in your signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please email us first at hello@growmycounseling.com. Most things can be sorted out by talking, and we’ll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

If we can’t resolve it that way, the dispute will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a single arbitrator, in English. Either side may still go to court for urgent relief. Any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

• If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part will be read as closely to its intent as the law allows.
• Using the site doesn’t create a partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
• If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the site. They are written in English, and the English version applies.
